Rich's Influences
My two greatest influences are easily George Harrison and Jimmy Page. I would say my style is a combination between the two. While no one could play like either of them, my scales and leads are heavily influenced by them. Page, especially on the early albums, had a very raw sound; this I think is the electric guitar at its best. The sound influence can be seen in my equipment, a Gibson guitar, and no processed sound. George's playing is just simply amazing on all the albums, I don't think anyone else has developed throughout the course of their career as much as Harrison did with the Beatles. Other influences include Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, & David Gilmour.
